Try RS Bike Paint in the North of England. If they know the model, year, engine and frame number they can match the colour and send touch-up or aerosol paint. £8 for touch-up. 22,000 colours.

THEY GOT A COMPLETE COLOR CODING LISTED RIGHT HERE ON THE SIRE!!! FAQ, and then the Honda technical list...
