I purchaed this tool from CMS approx 1 month ago. Delivery was as always very quick. The tool looks pretty basic but is well made and strong. I replaced one cross head screw with a 6mm bolt as I found it easier to tighten. The tool is extremely easy to use. I have many classic Hondas and did not understand how the rear dampers worked or were constructed.
With this tool I can break down in minutes the old dampers (shock absorbers) and reasamble using either new or reconditioned parts. I have now assembled seven or eight good sets of shocks from 10 bad sets I had. It is now so simple to do.In money terms, this tool paid for itself time and time again. This is one tool I would not manage without.
