Subject: question on about cb350k4 clutch

i have a 71cb350k4 trying to get everything running but the clutch cable has no tension i can click the bike into first gear but not any up in just goes back into nuetral is this because of my cable or do i need to replace my clutch? please anything will help i just wanna raide reply to this
