If you are already contemplating replacing the friction discs, then you might as well fit new plates and springs as well. You will then be confident that you have done the best possible job, and your clutch will be as smooth and reliable as it was when new. Don't forget to order your gaskets and seals at the same time, re-using the old ones is not recommended!
