Engine works fine, wheel transmission ok, all cables seem intack. when throttle fully applied wheels turn and engine revs but cutting blade is only turning slowly and there is no vacume in the grass bag...Any suggestions please? Everything has been working fine up until this morning...not too familar with machine..what drives the blade? Any info much appreciated. thanks, Billy
