These machine's (CB450KO Black Bomber) were considered too fast to be allowed to race in the Isle of Man production TT, in case they beat the British opposition. However the race authorities relented, they were allowed to race, and they trounced the British machinery………….and the rest, as they say, was history! Nothing to do with head gaskets, just a nudge to remind you how great the CB 450 and it's derivatives are, and that it deserves only genuine Honda parts when being re-built. Please check the model application list carefully prior to ordering, to ensure you specify the correct part number for your model of CB450, CL450 or 500T
