Subject: main jets??????

i am building a chop 1981 gsx750,i have had a 4 into 2 exhaust built with minimal baffles and just bellmouths on the carbs.for this setup i belive i will need to rejet. the standard main jet i understand are 112.5? can anyone help. what size where from?  reply to this

Hi, at a guess, you'll need to experiment with the jet sizes. Try running with the originals at their highest setting, check the plugs and if lean then substitute with the next jet size up. I have a load of old GS750 bits but not sure they fit. Mail me at namdrah1(at)hotmail.com
