A wood-burning stove. As strange as it sounds, that was the inspiration behind this fascinating Yamaha XS650, custom-built by Thrive Motorcycles in Indonesia.

The bike’s owner was simply asked by the folks at Thrive what was on his mind right at that moment, and the response was far different than they might have imagined. “A wood-burning stove”, he said; odd considering the intense, yearlong heat that the country endures.
