Leon Haslam performs in Imola races
Leon Haslam managed to put in great riding performances in both Superbike races at Imola in Italy today. Starting from 10th place in race one, the Stiggy Racing Honda rider battled his way through the strong rider field claiming fifth place, a position he kept comfortably for most of the race.

But on the ultimate lap in the very last corner Leon got passed by fellow Honda rider Ryuichi Kiyonari, leaving the man from Derbyshire to settle with a sixth place as final result. In race two Leon got off from his 10th place taking a steady seventh. As he was advancing further through the 21 lap race trying to regain his race pace after being pushed off the track numerous times by Jonathan Rea, Leon found it difficult catching up to the front runners as he had already lost to much gateway in the process. Finally bringing home an eight place for himself and team had to be the final result at the Italian track today.
