My orderstatus

On this page you find all available information we have on your orders. So when you are wondering when your package will be sent, this is the place to look!

Here is a short explanation of the terms used on this page.

• Order ID: This is the same ordernumber you find on your invoice (pdf document).When this says 'not processed (yet)' you usually have to wait one more business day to get processed.
• Time Ordered: Our local time when you submitted this order.
• Status This can have any of the following values:
  • Not Processed - Don't worry, you order has been successfully made. But our system hasn't processed it yet.
  • Pending Order - The order is now in it's first stage of our order process.
  • Picking Order - The warehouse is assembling your order
  • Payed and Sent - The order has been paid, and shipped at the same time
  • Order blocked - Usually this happens when there are some credit problems. Contact CMS immediately
• Shipment details: Shipment details are only displayed when there is info available. Explanation of the shipment details:
  • Estimated Dispatch Time - Our local time for sending the parcel. Note that this is an estimate and may differ from the actual dispatch time
  • Dispatched - Date when the parcel was sent.
  • Shipment method - The Shipping company we use for this package.
  • Shipment trackingID - When the shipping Company supplies a trackingID, it is possible see the wherabouts of the parcel. The trackingID is an unique code that identifies your parcel.
• When you click the "details" link, a window appears with the order details. Click it again, and the window disappears
