Introduced as the XJ750 Seca in 1981, this shaft dive machine was aimed at the North American market, it’s cruiser looks not particularly appealing to European tastes at that time.
It’s 76bhp could push it up close to 130mph, and with Yamaha still feeling the after shocks of the earlier XS three cylinder model problems, they made sure this was mechanically rock solid!
