Competent naked retro design, taking it’s styling cues from the earlier Z series models.
Although listed in some European countries, this four-cylinder DOHC air-cooled model was built primarily for the Japanese home market whose licensing laws favour the 400cc capacity. This early model was launched in 1883 (A1 model) and built until 1985 (B1 model).
Later ZR400 models were re-launched as the Zephyr, this web page does not support these later models, which although similar in appearance, share no common parts.
