All 'O' rings are used for the obvious reason, that is to avoid oil, fluid, coolant etc from getting into areas where it is unwanted. What is not always so obvious is that when these 'O' rings seals have been used once, they should be automatically replaced second time round as the old ones will have distorted under pressure, something they are designed to do…….once! |
