Overhauling the gear-box will always be a daunting task, but made an awful lot more straightforward when as many new parts as possible are used, including new fasteners with clean undamaged threads and heads.
It goes without saying that all the gaskets and seals should be replaced as a matter of course (well we said it anyway!).

Hallo zusammen,

wie immer bin ich Froh,dass es euch gibt!
Der Schalter, Original, eingebaut, Motor
gestartet,und alles ist wieder in ordnung.
Leider ist mir dann auf der Reise nach Le Mans
ans 24 Std.Rennen,der Stossdaempfer kaputt gegangen,so dass ich nur noch auf der Autobahn heim fahren Konnte.Na ja so wirds nie langweilig!

Fits ZL400 and ZL600 models.

I needed it for my ZL400, and it fitted perfectly. The only bad thing is the price, but all genuine parts costs a lot so that is to be expected.
