I purchased a new float for my CB160. The float arrived and was the incorrect part. The part number had been superceeded a number of times which may have been the cause of the incorrect supply. I brought this error to the attention of CMS by raising a ticket on the web site. I am pleased to say the service and communication was excellent and after a review of CMS stock the correct float was supplied at no further cost to me. In life things can go wrong, it’s how they are dealt with and resolved that maintains great repeat customer loyalty.
