Honda CH80 ELITE 80 1995 USA information
Introduced in 1985 as a low priced city commuter the single cylinder four-stroke Elite was well received, and made a much better buy than the low quality Chinese machines starting to make their mark in Europe and the USA. Its 80cc capacity does not sit well in Europe, where the popular choice due to licensing laws is either 49cc or 125cc.
The USA however has proved a lucrative outlet for these economical and well made scooters with an electric start and unique styling ensuring they still sell very nicely over 20 years since first introduced!
