When will my order ship?

Other general info:

We usually ship within 1 to 5 business days. Depending on the distance from CMS (The Netherlands), the transportation time varies.

We offer a great variety of products that may have to be ordered from overseas suppliers which sometimes results in slight delays.

Combining orders/ Adding Items to an Order

The contribution for shipping and handling is shown when checking out and is being charged per order. To benefit from one shipping and handling charge please make sure to order whichever you need in one go and pay for all items together. In the occasion we are able to combine multiple orders for your convenience we will do so. Combining orders will not affect the shipping and handling contribution.

Processing, Handling and Shipping

  • Processing, handling and shipping charges are applied at check out;
  • If you purchase one item or ten or more items the same shipping cost is applied at checkout. As an example a €1.00 bolt may be subject to a €10.00 H&S charge;
  • The more items purchased, provided they are checked out together in one shopping cart transaction, will effectively lower H&S charges, as the €10.00 charge is per transaction not per item;
  • Please note H&S charges vary substantially from country to country. The €10.00 example is just a nominal fee for example purposes;
  • Please contact us if you require more clarification of our H&S charges.
