What are ASCII characters?The registration and address forms only accept ASCII characters. That means that 'foreign' characters from Germany , France or Scandinavia cannot be used. Examples of invalid characters are : ü, è,Ø etc. The same goes for any Greek, Asian or Arabic character. Here is an overview of valid ASCII characters: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, @, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z |
How can I login?When you are not logged in, you will see a field called "email address" and a field called "password". Please fill in the corresponding data and click the "sign in" button below those fields. Note: to be able to login, you need to register first! |

How do I use the wish list ?You can use the wish list to store products of interest that are (currently) unavailable, or you may want to purchase at a later time. We daily check the availability of products stored in the wish list and will send you a notification e-mail when a product becomes available. When an item is unavailable we are unable to give you an expected date of availability. To use the wish list, it is required that you are logged in. To add a product to the list, you must key in a product number and then click the "add to wish list" button. If the number is correct and exists in the database, you will see that item is added to the list. To remove items from your wish list, click the "edit/ delete" button and finally click delete again. |
How can I stop the wish list notification emails?Go to the wish list and remove all items from your list, then you will no longer receive emails. |
What is the Preferred communication language?Select your preferred communication medium from the language list in the register page. |
How do I use the Watch List ?With a watch list you can keep track of products without having to buy them immediately. Each watch list that you create can contain several products. When you are at a product page, you can add the product by clicking the yellow "add to watch list" button. If you want to edit any of your watch lists, you can do so on the "my account" page. |
