These data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties, and are not kept on our computer systems either.

Ogone is a technical service provider, and does not take care of disputes linked to the orders. These should be settled directly with CMS and/or your bank.

For further information on Ogone you can click here (www.ogone.com) or contact the company using the following e-mail address: support@ogone.com.

Paying with creditcard / CVV2

What is CVV2?
CVV2 is a security measure we require for all transactions. Since a CVV2 number is listed on your credit card, but is not stored anywhere, the only way to know the correct CVV2 number for your credit card is to physically have possession of the card itself. All VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards made in America in the past 5 years or so have a CVV2 number.

How to find your CVV2 number:
On a Visa, MasterCard or Discover, please turn your card over and look in the signature strip. You will find (either the entire 16-digit string of your card number, OR just the last 4 digits), followed by a space, followed by a 3-digit number. That 3-digit number is your CVV2 number. (See below)

Visa & MasterCard:

This number is printed on your MasterCard & Visa cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card). IF YOU CANNOT READ YOUR CVV2 NUMBER, YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE ISSUING CREDITOR.
Discover:
The security code on a Discover Card is the last 3 digits of signature strip on the back of your card. A Discover card is shown above with the security code highlighted.
American Express:
The security code on an American Express Card is the 4 digits that are above and to the right of your credit card number on the front of your card. An American Express card is shown above with the security code highlighted.

How do I convert your prices in another currency

If you want to know how much money a product in your currency is, you can choose from online tools that can calculate the price for you.
For example: we provide prices in Euro's, but you can easily calculate the price in US Dollars or any other currency you want.

Do I have to pay VAT / TAX

Value Added Tax, VAT, is a general consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services.

It is a general tax that applies, in principle, to all commercial activities involving the production and distribution of goods and the provision of services. It is a consumption tax because it is borne ultimately by the final consumer. It is not a charge on companies. It is charged as a percentage of price, which means that the actual tax burden is visible at each stage in the production and distribution chain. It is collected fractionally, via a system of deductions whereby taxable persons (i.e., VAT-registered businesses) can deduct from their VAT liability the amount of tax they have paid to other taxable persons on purchases for their business activities. This mechanism ensures that the tax is neutral regardless of how many transactions are involved.
