Is it worth trying to restore the old clamp for the overflow pipe when you can buy a new genuine Honda part for such a low price?

When renewing this part we recommend that the sub change shaft is also replaced:24821053030. Interfacing old parts with new can often cause premature wear of the new part!

Order all the seals and gaskets required at the same time - Try this gasket sealant: 08C70K0234M as used by the Honda factory professionals!

Specify new genuine Honda bolts and know that they will fit exactly like the originals, will look exactly like the originals (when they were new at least!) and will last like the originals! In fact we cannot think of any reason to buy any other type, especially some of the dubious pattern copies available elsewhere!
