Honda CB125SS
1967 Honda CB125SS. In production for less than 1 year this is the rarest of all the Honda 125 twin cylinder model. Restored by Phil Denton Engineering, this machine has had a 5-speed gearbox conversion and uses stainless steel fastener's throughout. Wheels have been laced with polished stainless steel spokes, and many items of chrome trim (where the originals are no longer available) have also been re-made in stainless steel and polished to a 'chrome' finish. In short this machine will go on looking this good for decades to come.
This machine won 'Best in Show' at the 2009 VJMC Uttoxeter show in the English Midlands area. I am passionate about 125cc Honda twins and have this, an SS125, a CB125K2 and two CB125 K3 models. All of them will be eventually restored to this, the highest possible standard and will all be ridden.

Non standard items: Stainless steel fasteners used throughout, manufactured to look exactly the same as the Honda originals including the engine case phillips screws which have been vapour blasted to make them look like zinc plate, except they will always look the same, and will not corrode.
Stainless steel spokes and some items of chrome trim.
5-speed gearbox replaces the old four speed item, and makes the machine much nicer to ride.
