Frame sandblasted  Frame is clean now It's coming again  The down part of engine is ready Cleaning the tank  The tank was cleaned with 5% crystal carbonate in electrolytic bath. Stage one is ready  In next stage are coming under construction both wheels with new spokes. Many other frame details are coming in next stage too. Crank case blasted and varnished  After blasting and varnishing Cleaned and restructured crankshaft  The crankshaft was OK after cleaning the oil passages New pistons and bore surface OS 0.25  New cylinder block is bought from Ebay. Came from US in one week. The exact diameter was 70,05 mm. Excellent. Cleaning the tank  Cleaning rust with 5% crystal carbonate bath with electrolysis Testing miles are ready  The engine is tested The engine installed  The frame and the engine joined together Right side.  The basics of restoration are ready. The gauges are working now  Cleaned in ethanol. Mainshaft cleaned  The condition of mainshaft was good Rust on valve  The left inlet valve is coated with rust Engine hanging bolts  Rust is everywhere Crank case splitted  Bitum in the gearbox. Imported to Turku, Finland. Picture 06 2005  This bike CB450 It has Certificate of Title in California United States. Year Model is 1967. Imported and registered in Finland 2005. Serial no CB450-1020132. Engine CB450E-1017849. Mileage in broken gauge was 9000 miles. It has secondhand gauge with 30000 miles. Bike was running with one cylinder. It was not charging.
