I just pulled and cleaned my carb and put it back on but when I went to start it I now have no throttle and it smokes and runs horribly bad. Did I maybe screw on the top of the carb wrong? I know that now the air and fuel mixture screws are out of wack whats a good number of turns out that I should place the screws for a general start? I know the internal parts werent touched just blown out and soaked with carb cleaner. I can hear the throttle in the carb move when I turn the handle but nothing happens.
