I am actually having a problem with my 81 CB750 custom. My charging system does not appear to be charging, and the bike is running off the battery. I ran a few tests but nothing seems to show any signs of anything being wrong.

I have a repair manual and i followed the tests for the rotor, stator and the rectifier. They all appeared to be ok though. But i still was not getting any voltage and amp reading.

I have a friend coming by to help me find out this problem. He is a mechanic and i hope we will figure it out. He mentioned that it would most likely be the stator but i dont want to make a assumption. Can anyone help me out! i really want to ride it!
