My real name / Family name is in the forum, how do I change that

Just choose a nickname in the "my settings" page. From now on, all your post have your nickname.

Can I add an image or logo below my name?

Go to "my settings" my settings and look for the field "avatar". This field should contain an url to the location of your logo. For example: http://www.cmsnl.com/classic-honda-fansite/img/lay1/r1c4.jpg

How can I receive emails when someone replies to my post ?

That's easy. Just go to my settings and make sure that you choose for Receive Mail Notification the value true. From that moment on, everytime someone responds to your topic, you'll automatically receive a notification email.

How do I post a topic in a forum?

Easy -- click the relevant button on either the forum or topic screens. You may need to register before you can post a message. The facilities available to you are listed at the bottom of the forum and topic screens (the You can post new topics,)

How do I edit or delete a post?

You cannot edit a post nor can you delete a post. Consider this forum as an place where people store email messages. After they have been sent, it is inpossible to change / delete them. When a post is sent, people tend to react to the message. Once the original message is changed, often the reponses don't make sense. When you urgently require a change in you message, please feel free to contact the webmaster.

Can I post in another language than English?

Since this forum aims to be a global community we prefer that you write all your posts in English.

Can I post Images?

Images can indeed be shown in your posts. However, there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this forum. Therefore you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.some-unknown-place.net/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor to images stored behind authentication mechanisms such as Hotmail or Yahoo mailboxes, password-protected sites, etc. To display the image use the appropriate forum tags. For example: [img]http://www.mywebsite.com/myimage.jpg[/img]

Why can't I log in?

Have you registered? Seriously, you must register in order to log in. Have you been banned from the board? (A message will be displayed if you have.) If so, you should contact the webmaster or board administrator to find out why. If you have registered and are not banned and you still cannot log in then check and double-check your username and password. Usually this is the problem; if not, contact the board administrator -- they may have incorrect configuration settings for the board.

Why do I need to register at all?

The identity of the posters is required at all times. In that way, we can ban users who behave bad.

Don't panic! Your password can be retrieved. To do this go to this page and fill in your email address. The password will be emailed to you.
