I am just getting my CB550 back together as a Cafe

I don't have a tail light yet but it keeps blowing the headlight! It blew a fuse and now bows the headlight. I must have a wire grounding somewhere...right? Where should I start looking? Do I need a tail light hooked up? Is that why it is blowing? Could it be something else?

I know this could be a guessing game but I was hoping someone may just say "same thing happened to me check the Regulator thingy-ma-bob.

Thanks in advance

Look for a black wire going in to another color, other than black or black with wight tracer.
