Engine Swap CB for CL?

Someone is selling a '72 CL350 in good condition for a good price, but it doesn't have a title, so I couldn't get it registered. Does anyone know if these engines are interchangeable on the frames, or would I have to modify engine mount placement and such to make it work? Thanks! Braiden
