This is my first bike and my first time working on a motorcycle. I have a 72 CB350K. I have been trying to remove the countershaft cover and it's not budging. I removed the shifter lever and the 4 screws holding the cover. The Clymer manual says that you don't have to force any of parts but it's not moving. Am I missing something?

Please help.
