The CMS affiliation program, through Commission Junction, is one with a good performace incentive (5,5% of the sales).
The configuration goes through CJ and for me was not really easy, that's because English is not my language. But once the set up is ready, it's easy to manage and to check.
I suggest it, also because CMS is one, or probably the only one, who sells those spare parts on the web.
