Need to cancel an Order
Before cancelling an order, please bear in mind that CMS must restock the products and charges a 25% restocking fee for that.
When you are sure you want to cancel an order, please contact the helpdesk immediately.
Combining orders/ Adding Items to an Order
Normally when you want add items to an order you already made, you must realize that it is likely that the previous order was already processed, meaning: your new order comes in a separate parcel.
But on the other hand, when the order interval was short - eg: within one working day - chances are that they comes combined.
