What are ASCII characters?
The registration and address forms only accept ASCII characters.
That means that 'foreign' characters from Germany , France or Scandinavia cannot be used. Examples of invalid characters are : ü, è,Ø etc. The same goes for any Greek, Asian or Arabic character.
Here is an overview of valid ASCII characters:
0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, @, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z

Why Can't I login?
In this faq we try to list the most common solutions to login problems. So, if you ever come across this message "Login or Password is incorrect." Then you should definitely read on.
Errors
If you see this message, although you did fill in both fields, delete all cmsnl.com cookies and try again:
The value in field login is required.
The value in field password is required.
passwords are casesensitive
This means that there is a difference between MYPASSWORD and mypassword. We advise you to use lowercase.
Same goes for the email address.
Did you use the correct email address ?
Over time, people tend to switch from one email address to another. So when you registered with myname@some-isp.com, using myname@another-isp.com won't work.
Enable Cookies
This website relies on cookies. You may find that when you disabled your browser cookies, your login cannot be remembered. Furthermore, you also need javascript enabled to see the cookies warning.

How do I use the wishlist ?
You can use the wishlist to store products of interest that may currently be not available, or you may want to purchase at a later time. The website periodically checks for availability and automatically sends a notification email.
To use the wishlist, it is required that you are logged in.
To add a product to the list, you must key in a productnumber and then click the "add to wishlist" button". If the number is correct and exists in the database, you will see that item is added to the list.

To remove items from your wishlist, select the checkboxes in the right column and press the "submit" button.
